East Fest Lisbon 2010 - The 1st International Oriental Dance Festival in Lisbon - Portugal

The First International Festival of Oriental Dance in Lisbon was conceptualized by 3 passionate dancers, Cris Aysel, Filipa Nawaar and Janah Ferreira - to enhance and to promote oriental dance in Portugal.


The idea was just a few steps away from being launched. ASCCPM / Sétima Posição Dance Studio, which has always supported and developed courses and dance workshops of all nature,
made this dream possible and today here we are!
The organization is led by Cris Aysel and Filipa Nawaar, in collaboration with ASCCPM / Sétima Posição Dance Studio and many dancers and friends who, directly or indirectly, have been working to make this event a great sucess... we are confident it will be!

9 to 11th of April 2010 (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

In Lisbon, right in the center of the city!

Venue - Lisboa Ginásio Clube

Instructors

Some of the best international and national instructors will make these 3 days an exciting and rich experience!

International:

Nour - coaching skandarany (with melaya) on Friday (1p.m),

Oum Khoulthoum Choreography on Saturday afternoon (1 p.m) and

Raks Al Asaya on Sunday afternoon (4p.m)

Yasser - training Dabke on Saturday afternoon (4 pm)

Khaled Mahmoud - enlightening Oriental Technique on Friday (4 p.m),

Tabla Solo Saturday mourning (10 a.m) and

Baladi Cairo Style on Sunday (1 pm).

Nuriel el Nur - Teaching Entrance and displacements technique (with or without veil) on Sunday (10 a.m) and hip's technique ( 2hours of duration on Saturday (1.30 p.m)

National:

Cris Aysel, Filipa Nawaar, Sofia Franco, Ágata, Elsa Sham's, Américo Cardoso, Yolanda, Judite Dilshad, Jaqueline Bettencourt.

Price tickets

International workshops last 2 hours and half minutes, whilst workshops with international and national intructors endure 2hours and national workshops 1 hour.

Workshops with International instructors (2h30):
- Each workshop (2h30): 35€

- 4 workshops (10h): 135€

- All the workshops on Saturday and Sunday (total of 6 workshops - 15h): 200€

- All the 8 workshops (20h): 265€- 8 workshops (20h)

Workshops with International and National instructors (2h):
- Each workshop (2h): 20€
- 4 workshops (8h): 75€
- 6 workshops (12h): 115€
- 9 workshops (18h): 165€

Workshops with National instructors (1h):
- Each workshop (1h): 10€
- 4 workshops (4h): 35€
- 6 workshops (6h): 50€
